The Technical Project Manager is a strategic position, where you will play a key role in managing the delivery of multiple projects, demos and PoCs.
You will be required to sync between cross-functional teams – both internally and on the customer’s end, while aligning all business owners and stakeholders on both sides using excellent communications skills.
In addition, you will take an active role in setting the foundations for the delivery operations – processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple, complex delivery projects, demos and PoCs
- Define project plans and timelines and coordinate the cross-functional teamwork
- Execute project plan to meet timeline and budget
- Follow up with task owners to ensure that due dates are met
- Align between stakeholders and business owners to set expectations and report on projects’ progress
- Take an active part, hands-on, in delivery activities
- Provide inputs to the Product team for future product improvements
- Assess, raise and mitigate risks and potential blockers
- Set best-practice standards and processes
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager or equivalent
- Strong leadership and exceptional time management skills
- Strong execution abilities
- Self-motivated, process-oriented and well organized with the ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrate high analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience in using Project Management and customer management tools: Jira, Confluence Monday.com, Zendesk.
- Ability to manage and work within define budget
- Familiarity with Linux environments and multi-server integrations – a plus
- Willingness to travel – up to 25%
- English at Mother tongue level, verbal and written – highly desirable
- Background and hands on past experience in screening and screening technologies (specifically X-ray and CT) – advantage
