We are seeking a System & DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps and IT team.

Responsibilities:

– Continuously improve our infrastructure to be more secure, scalable, and robust
– Apply new technologies for internal and external services
– Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC for our infrastructure
– Control and develop the monitoring and observability solutions

Requirements:

Backend Engineer (Python) to join our Data group and build the internal software that drives our ML and analysis workflows.

You’ll design and ship production-grade services, automation, and developer tooling that connect our models, datasets, and internal products. Your work directly impacts how fast we can experiment, train, and evaluate AI at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Build backend services, APIs, and internal tools for ML workflows and automation
• Develop reliable integrations with internal systems and third-party ML platforms (ClearML, Voxel51, etc.)
• Design and maintain scalable pipelines and job orchestration across cloud and on-prem environments

As a Field Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting multiple projects, demos, and PoCs in your region. The role is located in Long Island City, NY, United States.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Take an active part, hands-on, in the delivery activities of projects and PoCs in your region
• Support: Troubleshoot issues at customers’ sites or remotely and answer customers’ questions, be on-call
• Training: perform on-the-job training for users of our product
• Execute project plan to meet timelines
• Frequent traveling to customer sites is required

Qualifications:

• A strong technical orientation – hardware and software
• Previous experience as a Tier 1 / 2 Customer Support engineer, Field Engineer, Technical Project Manager or equivalent
• Extensive hands-on experience with installing Linux/Ubuntu environments
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong execution record and exceptional time management skills
• Self-motivated, process-oriented, and well organized
• Experience in Docker/Docker Compose – an advantage

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our delivery team.

The PM will manage deployment projects for several accounts across several regions. The PM is expected to lead without authority skills whilst displaying leadership, strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex projects, coordinating with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery
• Define, document, and manage project scope, status, risks, and timelines, ensuring all aspects are clearly communicated and understood
• Identify, communicate, and resolve risks and escalations promptly, maintaining project momentum and stakeholder confidence
• Communicate clearly and effectively across all mediums, including email, phone, and in-person meetings
• Lead and summarize various meetings, such as Kick-Offs, Implementation Summaries, Weekly Status Checks, Internal Touchpoints, etc., ensuring all participants are aligned and informed
• Ensure projects are on track, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery
• Drive projects to closure while managing resource schedules and balancing competing priorities
• Provide consistent and transparent project updates to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration
• Communicate with team members and customers across different time zones, ensuring timely and effective interactions
• Measure project performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

• Proven client-facing and communication skills, both written and verbal, across different Regions – Required
• Previous experience in managing projects consists of physical hardware delivery (logistics) and deployment.
