1.1 Seetrue Screening Ltd. (the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “use”) is a software company that utilizes Artificial Intelligence for automatic threat detection in security screening, enhancing passenger throughput, experience, security, and cost efficiency (the “Services”). We value and respect your privacy as a visitor of our website in the seetrue.ai or seetruescreening.com domains (collectively, the “Site“).

1. 2 This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data we collect about you during your use of the Site, and the way such data is used, collected, stored and processed by us in connection with the Site and the services we provide.

1.3 The use of your Personal Data collected by us is subject to this Privacy Policy, so you are advised to carefully review this Privacy Policy.

1.4 Personal Data refers to any data that pertains to an identifiable individual, unless specified otherwise by applicable law. 

2. What Personal Data We Collect

We process the following Personal Data:

2.1 Data provided through the Services. We collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide, such as your full name, address, email address, phone number, as well as any other data that you decide to provide us with. We also collect the contact and billing data of our customers.

2.2 Data provided through the Site. When you use the Site, we collect and process the Personal Data you provide us, for example, when you send a request in the “CONTACT” segment, or you send an email with your resume via the “CAREER”. Personal Data includes full name, organization, title, country, corporate email address, resume, and any other data you choose to share.

2.3 Data automatically collected. We automatically collect certain data through your use of the Company’s Services and Site, such as cookie, pixels, tracking technologies and similar identifiers (“Technologies”), your Internet protocol (IP) address, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your device, browser type and language, geo-location data, hardware type, operating system, internet service provider and other data about actions taken through the use of the Services and Site the Company.

2.4 Data from Other Sources. We also obtain data about you from other sources, including publicly or commercially available data, and through third-party data platforms, partners and service providers.

2.5 Data you provide to us in person. For example, when you visit one of our exhibition booths or attend one of our events and you provide us with your contact details. We will use this data to answer your enquiries or provide additional data to you.

2.6 Data we collect from online interactions. For example, if you attend a webinar, contact the Company via social media or otherwise interact with our business, including as a representative of a current / prospective customer, supplier or partner, we track and make a record of those interactions, which may contain your contact details, such as full name, email address, messages and any other data that you decide to provide us with. 

3. Why We Collect and Process Personal Data 

We process Personal Data for the following purposes:

3.1 To provide you with the Services. We will use the data, including, without limitation, for the following purposes: (i) to provide you the Services and to process your requests; (ii) communicate with you about your use of the Services and for support purposes; (iii) fulfill any instruction and/or request made by you in the context of the Services; (iv) send you push notifications and/or emails and notifications regarding certain features of the Services, including, updates pertaining to your subscription, and related to the services we provide you with; (v) to personalize your experience with our Services; (vi) to allow you to create more users and administrate your users; and (vii) to generally administer and improve the Services 

3.2 To allow you to make use of our Site. We will use your data to allow you to make use of our Site, including, (i) if you request a demo, we will use your Personal Data to process and answer your request for a demo; (ii) to answer your questions and to allow you to communicate with us (e.g., by using the Site chat); (iii) to analyze your use of our Site and to improve our Site; and (iv) to customize your experience.

3.3 For Administrative Purposes. We use your data (i) to respond to your questions, comments, and other requests for customer support, or data, including data about potential or future services; (ii) to provide you with the Services; (iii) for internal quality control purposes; (iv) to establish a business relationship; and (v) to generally administer the Services or (v) to process your job application emails.

3.4 To Market our Site and Services. We use data to market our Services. Such use includes (i) notifying you about offers and services that may be of interest to you; (ii) tailoring content, advertisements, and offers for you, including, targeting and re-targeting practices; (iii) conducting market research; (iv) developing and marketing new products and services, and to measure interest in our Services; (v) other purposes disclosed at the time you provide data; and (vi) as you otherwise consent.

3.5 Security purposes. Some of the abovementioned data will be used for detecting, taking steps to prevent and prosecuting fraud or other illegal activity; to identify and repair errors; to conduct audits; and for security purposes. data may also be used to comply with applicable laws, with investigations performed by the relevant authorities, law enforcement purposes, and/or to exercise or defend legal claims. 

3.6 De-identified and Aggregated Data Use. In certain cases, we may or will anonymize or de-identify your data and further use it for internal and external purposes, including, without limitation, to analyze and improve our Services (including through the use of artificial intelligence) and for research purposes. We will use this anonymous or de-identified data and/or disclose it to third parties without restrictions (for example, in order to improve our services and enhance your experience with them and/or to develop new product features and improve existing offerings).

3.7 Cookies and Similar Technologies. We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on the Company Site and Services, use Technologies to automatically collect data through the Site and Services. We use Technologies that are essentially small data files placed on your device that allow us to record certain pieces of data whenever you visit or interact with the Site and Services. If you would like to opt out of the cookies and similar technologies we employ on the Site and Services, generally, you may do so by blocking, deleting, or disabling them as your browser or device permits.

4 The Legitimate Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data

4.1 You gave your consent to the processing of your Personal Data (for example, when you actively opt-in for marketing communications or actively provide your details on the “CONTACT” page);

4.2 Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (for example, when you enter into an agreement with us to provide you our automatic threat detection Services, we will need to receive access to your Personal Data in order to perform the Services); 

4.3 processing is necessary for compliance with any legal obligation to which we are subject to as data processors; and/or

4.4 Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests.

5 How We share Your Personal Data

We share your Personal Data as follows:

5.1 With third-party service providers that help us to process your data for the purposes outlined above, including, without limitation: 

5.1.1 With cloud service providers for hosting purposes;

5.1.2 With websites and web content creation platforms in order to help us manage our Site;

5.5.3 With email providers, marketing, CRM, other similar tool providers; and 

5.5.4 With analytic companies, in order to help us understand and analyze data we collect in accordance with this policy.

5.2 With our affiliated companies- SeeTrue Inc; SeeTrue UK.. 

5.3 To the extent necessary, with regulators, courts, banks or competent authorities, to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules (including, without limitation, federal, state or local laws), and requests of law enforcement, regulatory and other governmental agencies or if required to do so by court order, as well as for internal compliance procedures and to protect the safety, security, and integrity of the Company, our Services, customers, employees, property, and the public.

5.4 If, in the future, we sell or transfer, or we consider selling or transferring, some or all of our business, shares or assets to a third party, we will disclose your data to such third party (whether actual or potential) in connection with the foregoing events (including, without limitation, our current or potential investors). In the event that we are acquired by, or merged with, a third-party entity, or in the event of bankruptcy or a comparable event, we reserve the right to transfer, disclose or assign your data in connection with the foregoing events.

6. Your Privacy Rights

6.1 The following rights (which may be subject to certain exemptions or derogations) shall apply to certain individuals (some of which only apply to individuals protected by specific EU laws):

  • You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing, where consent is the basis of processing. 
  • You have the right to access the Personal Data that we hold and request further details about how we process it, under certain conditions.
  • You have the right to demand rectification of inaccurate Personal Data about you. We will promptly correct any data found to be incorrect.
  • You have the right to object to unlawful data processing under certain conditions.
  • You have the right to erasure past data about you (your “right to be forgotten”) under certain conditions.
  • You have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions, if you believe we have exceeded the legitimate basis for processing, the processing is no longer necessary, or if you believe your Personal Data is inaccurate.
  • You have the right to data portability of Personal Data concerning you that you provided us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, subject to certain conditions.

The Personal Data we collect is not used for automated decision-making and profiling, except for automated processes in the context of marketing. As stated above, you can opt out of direct marketing by us by contacting us directly or by following the instructions through the unsubscribe options in our email messages.

We may verify your identity before fulfilling your request and may ask for additional data for security. We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law, and may address your request differently if legally required or if it impacts others’ rights.

6.3 Marketing emails – opt-out: You may choose not to receive marketing email of this type by sending a single email with the subject “BLOCK” to info@seetrue.ai. Please note that the email must come from the email account you wish to block OR if you receive an unwanted email from us, you can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email to opt out of receiving future emails, and we will process your request within a reasonable time after receipt. 

7. International Transfers of Personal Data

In order to run our business and provide our Site and Services to you, we transfer Personal Data to certain countries around the world, including to our affiliates and service providers, some of whom are located outside of your jurisdiction. Therefore, your Personal Data may be processed in countries with privacy laws that are different from privacy laws in your country. Whenever we make such transfers, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to implement an appropriate level of protection to your Personal Data.

8. Analytic Tools/Cookies

8.1 Google Analytics. The Site uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect data about use of the Site. Google Analytics collects data such as how often users visit this Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to this Site. We use the data we get from Google Analytics to maintain and improve the Site and our products. We do not combine the data collected through the use of Google Analytics with data we collect. 8.2 Zoho CRM. The Site uses a tool called “Zoho CRM” to automate and ease CRM processes and enhance the relationship with the clients. Zoho’s ability to use and share data collected by Zoho CRM about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Zoho CRM Terms of Use, available at https://www.zoho.com/crm/terms.html and Zoho Privacy Policy available at https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html.

8.3 Zoho Marketing Automation. The Site uses a tool called “Zoho Marketing Automation” to automate and ease marketing processes and generate sales-ready leads. Zoho’s ability to use and share data collected by Zoho Marketing Automation about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Zoho Marketing Automation Terms of Use, available at https://www.zoho.com/marketingautomation/terms.html and Zoho Privacy Policy available at https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html.

9. How We Protect and Retain Your Personal Data

9.1 Security. We have implemented and maintain reasonable technical, organizational and security measures which should secure all data, from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that the data will not be compromised as a result of unauthorized penetration to our servers. As the security of data depends in part on the security of the computer, device or network you use to communicate with us and the security you use to protect your user IDs and passwords, please make sure to take appropriate measures to protect this data. However, any transmission of data by use of the Site is at your own risk, and by using the Site you acknowledge and agree to assume all of the mentioned risks.

9.2 Retention of your data. Your data will be stored until we delete our records, and we proactively delete it, or if you send a valid deletion request. Please note that in some circumstances we store your data for longer periods of time, for example (i) where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax or accounting requirements, or (ii) for us to have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges, and/or (iii) if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your data or dealings.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not offer our products or services for use by children and, therefore, we do not knowingly collect data from, and/or about children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not provide any data to us without the involvement of a parent or a guardian. In the event that we become aware that you provide data in violation of applicable privacy laws, we reserve the right to delete it.
