APIDS (Automatic Prohibited Items Detection Software)

Automatic Threat Detection

Automatic Threat Recognition (ATR)

Red Team

Reject Rate

The percentage of items or individuals that are flagged by a screening system for further inspection, often used as a metric to assess the sensitivity and accuracy of the screening process.

Remote

Referring to technologies or operations that are conducted or controlled from a distance, such as remote screening or monitoring of security systems.

Risk Assessment

The process of identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks to security, followed by the application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and impact of those risks.
